By accessing or using FM FINSERV ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any future changes to these terms.
FM FINSERV provides a digital platform that connects users with various banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We facilitate the application process for loans, credit cards, and other financial products. We do not charge users any upfront fee for our matchmaking services.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during the application process. Providing false documents or misleading financial data may lead to the rejection of your application and potential legal action by our partner banks.
FM FINSERV is NOT a bank, NBFC, or a lender. We are a Lending Service Provider (LSP). The final decision to approve or reject a loan lies solely with the Regulated Entity (The Bank). We are not responsible for the interest rates or terms offered by the final lender.
FM FINSERV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, or for any unauthorized access to your data by third parties. We do not guarantee that a loan will be approved for every user.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York (or your local headquarters city).
